Mn-certificates Of Rent

List the steps taken so far

As we decided not to release the song until the speed is not reduced in the street, here is the list of actions taken to date to lead the project.

November 20, 2007:

  • Personal delivery of the petition to Mayor

November 22, 2007:

  • Sending recommended by the petition to the mayor.
  • Email letter to the Director of TEC
  • Email a copy of the letter to the Minister Andre Antoine TEC.
  • Call service road of the province to ensure that the street belongs to them well (as The Mayor said we). As expected, it confirms what we already knew, rue Saint Roch belongs to the MET.

November 23, 2007:

  • Telephone contact with the District Manager MET says that we be open to any proposal and proposed a meeting between himself, the mayor and police Perwez. On the other hand, we also stated that the installation of temporary systems or plastic does not cost very much and is not the type to burden the budget, regional or local.
  • We aware of the petition the district officer who has already made proposals to secure the streets for several years.

November 28, 2007

  • quick call to the district manager to see if the Met has received a copy of the petition from the town. Nothing ... for now?
  • deposited in commission Perwez a copy of the petition.

November 30, 2007

  • Phone call to the police station Perwez. The mayor seems to take things in hand as he submitted the petition to the police and asked their advice. Their meeting is scheduled for next Thursday.

December 20, 2007

  • It's been a month since the petition was delivered.
  • Call the Director of the Mayor, which MET transferred the file. He is currently in the hands of Chief disctrict which is expected to report in early January.
